Hypocortisolism: Treatment with SIGNIFOR leads to suppression of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) secretion in Cushing’s disease. Suppression of ACTH may lead to a decrease in circulating levels of cortisol and potentially hypocortisolism.
